I have not been very good at keeping up with my workout routines, and my body has suffered from it. I recently found out that i have gained at least 15 pounds of fat from eating junk food, not working out, and drinking beer. It was unnoticed at very beginning and i guess after a few months, it just adds up slowly. I thought about eating some diet pills to lose them fat quickly and then get right back into the workout routine. However, after reading horror stories online about the pills, i decided against it. what horror stories you ask? well:

1. not able to sleep because of the 100+ heart rate

2. sweating all the time.

3. shaking uncontrollably because of the lack of sleep and increased heart rate

4. complete loss of appetite and stomach cramp that is extremely uncomfortable.

5. gaining everything right back after stop taking the pills.

After reading this, these of you who are thinking about taking the diet pills will have to give it a second thought. hehe. Well, what i have decided is to take the slower route, which is eating right again and start doing some major cardios daily.
