People now days are focused so much on getting a job and work to get their job done. They are beyond stressed and they do not even realize. I recently realize that I am always stressed out. Stress leads to depression, and depression leads to health decline, and other mental and physical illnesses. What can we do to prevent this from happening?

To start off, I tried different kind of therapies to prove that I am not a “workaholic”. Well, if I was, then it would have been tough to change this situation, but I wasn’t, therefore, I started telling myself to treat play time like work as well. I force myself to take dedicated times to play, and whenever I do, I focus on that just like focus on work. In the end, the “nonstress” from playtime pretty much evened out my “stress” from work time. It helped for me, will it help others? I have no idea, but I wouldn’t start off by taking anti-depression pills, or any kind of drugs that’s on the market to prevent depression.
